Hiram College inducted eight new members into its Garfield Society on Oct. 23. The Society celebrates and honors individuals who have demonstrated significant professional achievements and whose efforts have substantially enriched their communities and Hiram College. There's still time to register for this Saturday's swimming and diving reunion. It all starts with the men's and women's meet against Wilmington College at 1 p.m. Relive your Hiram years, talk with friends, and cheer on the current legacy of the Hiram Waterdogs.
Hiram College students will have improved access to paid internships, thanks to a three-year, $405,700 Career Ready Internship Grant from Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation. Already an important part of Hiram's liberal arts curriculum, students participated in a variety of internships this past summer. Read a sampling of their experiences here.
Mark your calendars for the best weekend of the year. Alumni weekend will take place June 17-19. Graduating class years ending in 1 and 6 will be celebrating milestone reunions.
