Alumni Executive Board (AEB) members are your liaisons to the College and are advocates for Hiram alumni. AEB members can best serve you when they know your thoughts about Hiram. Please be in touch with them as you are interested in learning how you can become more connected to Hiram, and please consider nominating outstanding alumni (including yourself!) for membership.
Members can be viewed here.
Approximately 30 members of the alumni body are elected into two-year terms as members of the AEB. Current membership includes traditional and Weekend College alumni from the 1950s through the Class of 2013, who are from seven states including Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia, Colorado, Michigan, New York, Kentucky as well as the country of Pakistan.
AEB members meet on campus three times a year and focus on the needs of alumni and the College’s institutional priorities. They determine which programs, events and activities would best support the college’s objectives while keeping the best interests of the entire alumni body in mind. Members are actively involved with the offices of admission, career services, alumni relations and development. The full AEB membership also supports the college by giving to the Hiram Fund in addition to other areas of the College, and many members volunteer in other capacities as well.
