News from Kelly Umbaugh 1989

Posted By Kelly Umbaugh-Prill, Thursday, February 14, 2013

I have  recently self-published a book of short stories, The Loneliness, as Kelly Garriott Waite. I look forward to publishing Fractured in March.

After having spent the past eight years on the East Coast, I'm looking forward to returning to Ohio with my family.

New Book Project

Posted By Brandon L. Gilvin, Thursday, November 12, 2009
From Brandon Gilvin, class of 1998.

Take a look at my new book project....the first volume will be available in early 2010.  Books on issues of faith and contemporary issues written by 20/30somethings for 20/30somethings.

We've entitled the project:  Where's The Faith? (WTF?).  And yes, the double entendre was purposeful.

New Book by a Hiram Grad

Posted By Jennifer L. Hirt, Monday, November 9, 2009
My creative nonfiction book, Under Glass: The Girl with a Thousand Christmas Trees, will be published in Spring 2010 by the University of Akron Press. Under Glass is about the last seven years of my family's well-known Ohio greenhouse (Hirt's Greenhouse and Flowers), which was demolished in 2005 to make way for a corporate pharmacy. Learn more about me and the book at my Facebook author page, http://www.facebook.com/jen.hirt?ref=profile#/pages/Jen-Hirt/161937836905?ref=mf
