Lauren S. Lanphear
, 1979, completed a two-year term as the President of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) at the end of July. The ISA is a scientific and educational orgaization devoted to the dissemination of knowledge in the care and preservation of shade and ornamental trees. The ISA has over 22,000 members in 37 chapters throughout the world. Lauren is the President and owner of the Forest City Tree Protection Co., Inc, in South Euclid. The firm, founded by his grandfather in 1910, will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary next year.
