The Historic Hiram Inn and Conference Campus is very excited to be teaming up with our own Hiram Alum, Chef Anne Haynam to offer a wonderful night of cooking, eating and fun! To make your experience complete, stay the night with us at the beautiful The Historic Hiram Inn! We will be offering special rates on our twelve beautiful rooms!

Below Chef Anne has listed her delicious menu, pricing is based on class only, or packaged it with a night stay at the Inn with a complimentary continental breakfast.

Reservations for cooking package: Cooking class & one night accommodations accepted; December 20-February 7. Reservations for the cooking class only accepted January 10-February 7.

French Bistro Valentine Dinner

February 8, 2014 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Enjoy an evening of cooking and eating as we venture to the romantic bistros of Paris and Bordeaux with the following menu:

One of Each Soup, Parisian Goat Cheese Salad, Pan Seared Steak with Red Wine Pan Sauce & Pink Peppercorns, Celery Root and Parsnip Puree and for dessert, Hazelnut Chocolate Tart with Gingersnap Crust.

Class is limited to 12 participants and is a combination of participation and demonstration. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from the Hiram Inn.

Full payment is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable after February 3, 2014.
