Tina Wallace Bulucea
Tina Bulucea graduated from Hiram College in 1980 with a major in Psychology. She went on to graduate school receiving her Masters Degree from Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University.
In 1992 she moved to Eastern Europe and pionerred a social work field education program under a USAID grant.  She also taught social work practice at a university in Romania until 1994.  Upon returning to the United States, Tina was recognized with The Humanitarian Award of the Year and a feature article published in The Plain Dealer. 
After spending 22 years in multiple Social Work and Psychology settings, Tina started a service called Immortal Paw Prints. This service is known for “assisting persons and families in finding peaceful pathways through pet loss and grieving.”  Tina received specialized training and certification in Pet Loss and Bereavement Counseling.
