Seven Men's Soccer Players Named All-NCAC

Seven members of the Hiram College men's soccer team have been named to the 2012 All-North Coast Athletic Conference Team for their individual efforts this season. Ryan Greenhill caps a standout four-year playing career with his fourth All-NCAC award, including earning first-team accolades in back-to-back seasons, and becomes the first men's soccer player in program history to be named Conference Player of the Year since joining the NCAC.
Hiram head coach Carl Capellas was selected as the NCAC Men's Coach of the Year for the second time in his career.

            Clayton Pond remembers his Hiram art class fondly – the first he ever experienced – fondly, so fondly, in fact that the now-renowned artist and printmaker has donated a significant collection of his works to grace the halls of buildings here at the college. Alumni Trips To The Galapagos Islands & Nebraska

Natural History of the Galapagos Islands

These are the islands that influenced Charles Darwin in 1835 and have influenced the study of biology and natural history since then. The islands are located 1,000 kilometers west of Ecuador on the equator and are home to plants and animals found nowhere else in the World – Marine Iguanas, Flightless Cormorants, Giant Tortoises, Swallow-tailed Gulls, Lava Gulls, Galapagos Penguins, Darwin's Finches, Lava Cactus, and more…

Nebraska Nature Tour with Hiram College

 & Prairie Chickens 

Join Hiram College and local guides for an exciting journey this spring! Each year, half a million Sandhill Cranes descend upon the Platte River. By March, 80% of the world's population crowds a 150-mile stretch, the largest gathering of cranes anywhere in the world! Here they rest and feed before continuing on to breeding grounds in Canada, Alaska and Siberia. As an alum you can attend this amazing experience! Click HERE to learn more about this exciting trip.

On Thursday, November 1st, a sold-out crowd of Hiram alumni and friends enjoyed four election-related presentations by Hiram Faculty in Valley View, OH.
